3 thousand dollars scam through fake courier

I bought a medical article through an auction a few days ago. Paid it with paypal to be safe. Indonesian seller send the tracking number and was a fake courier.
Courier was https://www.siacargo-express.com/ for which there is no single reference but its own website and of course nobody answer emails or phones. The item seemes delivered within 2 days of shipping which is impossible and shows a falsified signature.
I ask the seller for info and answer that the item was delivered
I open a case on ebay and paypal. They were both closed because seller send this bogus tracking number for this non existent cargo company.
Seller send a new tracking for a different but also fake courier, warning me that if i didn't close the case he would cancel the shipment. Now the allegedly cargo company was https://singlobal-express.com/ also a fake
Off course i didn't but then both cases were denied to my absolute surprise.
And i really need the ebay community help to get a real person to see my case because i consider this something so dangerous and so easy to execute that is absurd.

APPEAL
To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.
You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
