3 Suspicious account activity transactions at weekend, only 1 immediately refunded?

Hi

Long story short, I had 3 transactions on my account on Saturday that i did not authourise, or know anything about.

After changing password etc, filed claims, 1 has been immediately refunded, the other 2 are showing as having been refunded, but anticipated date for refund is 13th Nov? Why should I have to wait for this, when it wasn't my fault?

Doubt it was paypals fault either but they are getting your money back for you so be a bit patient.

I never made the payments?

Yet i need to wait 10 days to get the money back?

Well as paypals site has not been breached the only way your account can have been hacked is from your side.
