After reaching my limit PayPal asked for confirmation for my identity and I sent my utility bill and my identification its now almost two weeks what am I doing wrong and they are not contacting me via email or PayPal to tell me if there is something am not doing correct
Can take weeks, you could contact them for an update?
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the email or phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
