I purchased 2 separate items from 2 separate websites that was paid for thru PayPal, I saved the emails. When I go into my account on PayPal neither purchase is anywhere to be found, they don't exist on my account and wouldn't you know it their websites don't exist no longer either. I'm at a loss of what to do cuz I can't file a dispute cuz the items are nowhere to be found in my account. HELP!!!!!!
I am going through the same thing. I ordered two sweatshirts, and never received a confirmation of the order or an email saying they are shipped. When I returned to the website, it says my email is not attached to any order. So where do I go from here?
