Fortunately I noticed the 2 charges. The second one was for over $500!! I feel that when someone's Debit card number has been stolen, there should be an option to talk to a Paypal CS rep 24/7. The automated system emailed me instructions for filing a dispute for my business account, but they did not work. Very disappointing, very frustrating.
