2 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES, PAYPAL IS CLOSED

Fortunately I noticed the 2 charges.  The second one was for over $500!!  I feel that when someone's Debit card number has been stolen, there should be an option to talk to a Paypal CS rep 24/7.  The automated system emailed me instructions for filing a dispute for my business account, but they did not work.  Very disappointing, very frustrating.

I'm very sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity. Have you been able to successfully reach a customer support representative by now? To contact customer service, please click Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for contact options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
