my 180 days are up, n i havnt recived no responce to withdraw funds

PayPal will email you about withdrawing when the funds can be withdrawn or you can call to speak with customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

I have contacted they said theve escalated to some bk office??????? N there's no time frame? 180days were up on the 9th Oct still no response

As long as the account is in your legal name and you are over 18 then..................

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
