My account was totally banned from using PayPal hence my funds was limited for 189 days. It's over 180days now and still I'm not being able to get my funds out. And I don't have an account or Debit card linked to the account. I've made attempts to add some bank accounts and it keeps say the limitation won't allow me... Does this means I won't be able to get my money? Kindly advise me
