Its been over 180 days since my paypal was restricted and I never received a email about withdrawing the funds to a bank or card like they said that they would. I try to contact support but they are always somehow offline I call around 5 pm central which is only 3 pm in PT which says is open business hours. Help would be appreciated as I have hundreds of dollars stuck in the account.
