180 Days have passed -Where is my email ?

My account was limited February 16th 2018 due to not using my legal name 

 I have waited 180 Days with no refunds or chargebacks placed on my account for a withdrawal email to be sent .

180 Days have passed and I haven’t received an email. I’ve contacted PayPal via Twitter DM and email and have yet to receive a response. 

What should I do if the lack of communication continues? Please help !

Unlikely you would be able to access the funds if the payment option used to withdraw those funds does not exactly match with the Paypal accounts holders name.

In other words if its a fake name then you can't withdraw funds from a Paypal account of someone that does not exist and can't be verified.
