PayPal put a permanent limitation on my account in Aug 2020. I waited 180 days and then they said that there is another 180 day restrictions without notification through mail or email! Just said they are telling me now that its limited a 2nd time in Dec when the 1st 6 month limitations hadn't even finished. No notice for a 2nd limitation means "Illegal". Who can help with this.
