Hi,
I sold a bag on december on ebay.It was very expensive bag so I paid additonal fee to be ship fast and save.10 days later buyer recieve the item.
4 months later buyer claims that she did not recieve the item.I provide all documents and information that the buyer recieved the bag.
Paypal close the claim in my favour but buyer open a claim via its bank and Paypal told me I should wait 120 days for bank's decission.I am from Europe I do not know this American bank politic but it was 105 days ago and I got no any answer and the amount is $1000.How should I believe and use Paypal in future if they explain me nothing depends on them
What should I do?
