A friend of mine process a payment to an old paypal account which I do not have access to anymore. So, my friend would like to cancel the payment from his end since he does have access, in order to process the payment to my current paypal account. I've seen previous questions regarding this matter and it looks that for some people they have been successfully able to "cancel" the payment or so and others haven't. My old account has a registered email address, the problem is that, I simply DO NOT have access to it. It's IMPOSSIBLE to retreive that account.
Please focus on this question: how can my friend cancel the payment from his end, under this specifi scenario?
