Global Orphan Outreach is a US bases non-profit ministry based in Wisconsin and helping the people of Liberia, West Africa. In Liberia, disabled children are looked down upon and often abandoned. Global is helping to change that by placing these abandoned children in foster families and giving them medical care. They pay the foster families, thus creating jobs for the people of Liberia (who desperately need them). They also aid other families with food and clothing.
