May I ask what is wrong and you have not restored our account for case# our case ID for this reason is PP-005-618-101-428.

Also, there is no way for us to confirm our bank details as it is not allowing us.

Error message: You have no bank accounts that can be confirmed. PayPal does not currently offer the ability to confirm your bank account.

Please resolve our concern immediately.

It takes paypal to answer our email concern. not customer friendly at all. 

Our money is almost $10,000 and they froze our account.
