Hi, I have registered a new account just for asking here because I cannot use my main account to even contact customer support or upload ID proof anymore. I'm now legally 18.
I have tried to call PayPal customer support right after turning to 18 and they said my name and all my other information are now permanently banned for PayPal's system, and I'd like to know how do I recover it if it's true. (I have also sent my ID proof to PayPal's email address to no reply)
