Great service from Paypal, which explains how they make money. First they accept a payment, then reverse the payment, make sure I cannot reconfirm the payment and ingnore my mails and messages, and finally return the money to my bank account minus 210 USD.
Needless to say that they are not replying to my request for clarification and refund, except by sending messages with links to general questions.
If a little shop owner was doing the same thing, he would have the police in his shop asking questions. But apparently it is ok for Paypal to rip off people and ignore the complaints.
