I was trying to transfer a money from Paypal to Bank account (BPI) it says it took 2-4 days or 7days but.. When I checked my balance it doesn't show that my money was transfered in my bank account. And when I checked my Paypal transactions it says "COMPLETED" how to solve this? Then after 4 days the money turn back in my Paypal account.
