PayPal does not check their typos in promo e-mails, or is that a SCAM?

I just got drugstore.com promotion email, and it looks fishy. Today is Nov 09, right? Here is the e-mail rule:
Quote:
Your $10 off offer is only good until September 30th, so act now! Start saving today by using the promo code above at drugstore.com. It's that easy!
Do they really think I'm gonna go ahead and spend money on an offer that is already expired, so it's a nice way for them to get extra?? Or did somebody not proof read it before sending it?? Either way, I expected better of paypal. Did anybody else get this problem?

naire37,
Whoops! We're sorry about any confusion here. The email you received was supposed to read November 24th, rather than September 30th. Your unique promotional code will still work at check out.
Hope this helps,
Adrian
