I received the same email.
I believe it is Spam.
First, next to the email address saying that it is from paypal.com is an address that says paypals.com with an "s".
Also, Paypal would not hold a draw, they would hold a drawing.
Plus if the were having a contest or drawing I figure that the would advertise it in some way, or at the very least they would not hide it so well that you could not find a single word about it when you try and search for it on the internet or on their own website.
I am sure if I keep going through the email I will find other problems with it but I have spent enough time on it.
This is a $1000 I am going to forget about 😞
