Taiwan Pay remittance fee

Hello,

I booked a Hotel in Taiwan and they required advance payment.

I want to pay but I'm a foreigner and they doesn't state their email address, so I can't ask further more.

Instead, I have the bank code and remittance account number. Can it work?
