I can't access PayPal using app or website, I already contacted PayPal CS via Twitter, but they didn't respond it. I also contacted my ISP and they said PayPal blocked me because my subscription is using a private IP address and unless I changed to their most expensive subscription for public ip, I will have to use the private IP and won't be able to access PayPal. the error message is: "Access denied, ref...".
I already protest against it but it seems it won't do, so I hope PayPal would open the block for my isp. my isp is Biznet Networks (Indonesia)
now I'm using VPN to access PayPal website, but it's inconvenient because I can't access my working Network when I'm using vpn.
