CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLL FREE PACIFIC REGION "RUDE,BAD IN COMMUNICATING TO PAYPAL USERS

Hi,

 

I dont know but I really dont like how paypal addresses their customers with valid and legitimate questions to a customer service rep, I have been in the Call center industry for most of my emplyed carreer but is it me or the call center paypal outsource to REALLY IS BAD. I think someone should look in to it, They do not emphatize, usually their answers make me feel that I have to suck it up and **bleep** happens.
