nouveau sur Paypal, besoin d'aide

Bonsoir, j'aimerais me créer un compte paypal sans pour autant lier mon compte bancaire ni ma carte bleue à mon compte paypal.

J'aimerais juste déposer de temps en temps de l'argent sur mon compte paypal pour effectuer une transaction.

Est-ce possible ?

Sinon, y a t-il moyen de mettre un plafond pour les transactions (d'empêcher le paiement si la transaction dépasse le plafond) ?

UNLESS you recevoir a payment for selling something or recevoir money from family / friends --other There Is No way to put money in your ppal acc apart from a bank acc.

U cant add limits to your acc but ppal can as a security measure

They can be lifted under certain circumstances
