So I deleted my old account (Spanish) and created a new one (Finland). In the profile realized that the GTM timezone PayPal automatically puts for Finland is GTM-8 (the real one is GTM+2) and it does not let me change it. Is this a bug? An error in the code? When will it be fixed?
