Hello, I opened an account in 2005 when I was living in Venezuela. Now I live in Spain and I read that it is not possible to change the country of the account and that the only way I closing the account and open a new one. I tried to close my account and it was not possible. I think it is because there is a balance of 1,5$. I tried to add my Spanish bank account to transfer the balance, but it was also not possible. Could anyone please help me how can I close my Venezuelan account and open a Spanish newone. Thanks
