When I'm trying to log in into my other account I get a SMS confirmation screen, but the message never arrives.
Ive tryed to contact the phone help desk but it's unavailable 'cause of COVID19. And when I contact support from this account they told me that I have to log in with the other and send a ticket from that one wich I CANT LOG IN...
