Good morning. Please, I made a purchase on eBay, the product arrived all broken. The seller transferred the return shipping amount through Paypal. I returned the product. Now Paypal withdrew from my account the amount of shipping that the seller paid. I did everything right. I returned the product. I sent the receipt of payment that shipping. I sent the tracking code. I don't understand why they removed the amount I received for return shipping from my account.
Please help me. I do not understand anything. I am desperate. What is happening? Thanks!
