I made a transfer of €1,150.90 from my bank account to my PayPal account, but PayPal says the transfer was refunded to my bank account. The bank says they have not received any refund and are asking for proof or for PayPal to provide: • Name of account holder • Account number • Name of beneficiary (TransferWise Ltd), and/or beneficiary account number • Amount and currency • Date of payment • Payment reference. PayPal has provided the payment reference but the bank says it is not sufficient, I need the other information but PayPal is not providing it
