I can't seem to add a bank account or my card to the option link a card

Hi,

Here’s how to add a card to your account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Wallet at the top of the page.
3. Click Link a card.
4. Fill in your details and follow the on-screen instructions to add the card.

Note:

• Some merchants cannot accept American Express. Consider adding a backup card to your account.
• A credit card or debit card can only be registered to one PayPal account.
• An unverified PayPal account can have up to 4 cards. Once you verify your PayPal account you can link up to 8 credit or debit cards.

Note : For safety of your information, please don’t include your account password, security questions, or financial information (such as your credit card number)
