Welcome to the Chat and welcome to the PayPal Community Forums! 🙂

Depending on your set up, there could be different reasons as to why the shipping isn't adding to orders correctly. I would recommend visiting one of these boards and posting details on whether you're using PayPal Buttons or a shopping cart as well as further information on your set up for further assistance. 🙂 The boards provided are located on our Merchant Integration Technical Support Community. 🙂
