I'm having an issue when trying to setup shipping -- a flat rate of $5 for any number of items in my account setup. Can you point me in the right direction on where to get help? I feel that I have done the setup correctly in the account, but it is not adding any shipping at all when I test it.

Depending on your set up, there could be different reasons as to why the shipping isn't adding to orders correctly. I would recommend visiting one of these boards and posting details on whether you're using PayPal Buttons or a shopping cart as well as further information on your set up for further assistance. The boards provided are located on our Merchant Integration Technical Support Community.
