I paid toward my PayPal Credit acct online. I had a due date coming up the 27th. And I had a promo bal expiring on Jan 27. I was assured by an agent on the phone that my payment wouldn't go toward the Jan 27th promo bal, since that would only happen on Dec 27/Jan 27 payments. However, my acct no longer shows that I have promo bals expiring Jan 27.

Hello! I'd like to know if when I change my password, all active session will logout, including the android app.

Thanks you!

Hi @JPN22,

That's a great question! Changing a password will only cause a login fail when another session is again prompted to login, such as if any currently logged in sessions time out. Timeouts happen pretty quickly for just this reason.

I hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply.

I lost my phone and my account was open there, so I changed my password ASAP. That will logout the account? There's another way to close any active session?

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your phone. I have lost a phone before, and it's zero fun. Smart move changing your password!

If the account was open on your phone, it would have logged out about 5 minutes after you stopped actively using the account, necessitating another login. The password change would take care of that! If ever you're concerned that there is unauthorized activity on your account, please report it using these steps.
