I'm not sure what would be causing additional delay with Coinbase. This is the only information I'm able to find about delayed Coinbase transfers: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/593836

 

It may be beneficial to reach out to Coinbase directly for more details on what is causing the additional wait time. I'm sorry I don't have more info on that for you. 😞

 

We appreciate your feedback on our products and security measures and I apologize for the frustrations the declines have caused. I know how embarrassing and inconvenient it can be to experience a decline when you have an account in good standing. I'll make sure to pass your feedback along internally to the correct set of eyes.

Oh heck I didnt realise there was a chat!! Okay so I recently posted an issue but I guess I could ask here too ?

 

Can one refund a buyer and issue back a digital good?

Thanks for joining our chat!

 

PayPal would not advise refunding the buyer and revoking access to the digital goods sold. This behavior can be seen as a merchant not fulfilling an order and could negatively impact the seller. If PayPal were to receive reports of this behavior by buyers, it may end in limitations for the seller or a potential severed business relationship between PayPal and the seller. 

 

If the buyer would like to sell the item back to you, we would recommend that you send a new payment rather than refund the old transaction.
