i had an email saying i purchashed an item on ebay but its not mine also trying to contact paypay all the contact pages are not working?

I'm sorry to hear that you have noticed unauthorised activity on your eBay account. 

Can you please login to your PayPal account and try updating your password and security questions to ensure that your account is secure? This can be done by going to the 'Settings' page on your account and then updating your password and security questions from there.

Then if you could check the 'Activity' section on your PayPal account to see if there has been any unauthorised payments sent through your account. If you can see any payments being sent without your permission, can you please follow these steps through your account in order to report these payments to us? https://goo.gl/CbkG0E

Hi my account has been restricted but I have no file space to send the proof of address. I need it unrestricted urgently and have email rang and sent proof on twitter and Facebook but no reply. I need the account unrestricted soon please
