How do you upload documents iv typed in Paypal.com/upload statement and it is not working

It depends on the reason why you need to upload the document. In most cases you can upload them in your resolution centre. Can I ask what the reason is?

BecAuse the Paypal adviser on the phone told me to send proof of money going out as I would like the money back

Thanks. You can upload files using this link: www.paypal.co.uk/eucomplaint I would advise to send an email or to call as well to inform the advisor you have uploaded the information. This way they can help you further.
