I'm super excited about the new changes. We're already seeing a lot of great productive discussion! Folks are coming in just to answer other people's questions, and that's exactly what helps the Community thrive. I encourage anyone asking a question to also look around and see if they can answer someone else's question.
Hi Olivia, I actually opened up a case over a week ago regarding an unautorized transcation from Santrex Internet Services, I still havent heard from you guys? Can you take a look into that for me? I contacted support they said I do not need to worry about anything if its an authorzied transaction. But I havent heard from anyone or received any email?

Unauthorized transaction reviews take approximately 10 calendar days. What was the date that you submitted the claim? What is the current state of the claim in the Resolution Center? If it was less than 10 days ago, it's almost surely right on track.
Please let me know if it's greater than 10 days old. I can give you information about contacting Customer Solutions to investigate.

I'm biased but I love all the changes.
I am really excited about the new forum improvements. The board I am most excited about is the Introduce Yourself board to learn more about everyone. I am also excited to hear Tips from Members, it is always fun to learn new things!
This will be be a fun adventure!
