straight out of the box - have it plugged in, lights are flashing but my Ipad is not finding any devices - and before anyone says it - Yes, I have turned off all devices with bluetooth, i've turned my ipad off/on, powered down and back on. maybe I have to wait the 2 hours of "charge time" per the quick start guide; I am not tech savvy, so i'm not sure if that would make a difference since it is plugged in. Really, i'm just curious, as I see many people seem to be having this problem of it not recognizing the device, - NEED to know if there is a way to bypass the bluetooth and plug the HERE into an ipad?
