My paypal chip card reader will not charge in any way I try. Its turned off now and the red light is on and charging with a USB wall charger this time instead of my PC as that did not work. It just won't take a charge no matter how I try. Please don't ask me if its plugged in or stupid questions. I have tried every which way I can to charge and nothing. I think this means I must buy a new one...this is the second one and at this point I am not happy about this at all.
