Hi have recently switched from a Galaxy s3 to a s5. Having had no previous problems with my old phone, now that I have switched I can't get it to work. Firstly I cannot log into the app, it just says 'log in failed. Please try again later' and then my phone doesn't seem to recognise the reader through the bluetooth. Can anyone help? I have checked and it isn't on the list of incompatible devices. I am so happy with my PayPal Here reader, I really don't want to have to stop using it.
