Paypal Here Reader Not Charging

Good Morning,

I have a Paypal Here reader only had it a couple of weeks but the battery doesn't seem to work fully. It no longer charges properly, when plugged in it says it is fully charged after a couple of mins of taking the charger out it says it has 19% battery remaining and that i need to reconnect and can't take payments. I am a new business that replies on card payments and it is having an adverse effect on my business as it's unable to work without the cable.

Would it be possble to have a replacement card reader or battery sent out? Have tried to call helpdesk but had to hang up after 30 mins of waiting as had customers in the shop to serve.
