PayPal here card reader not connecting

Hello,

I know there are similar questions in this community and we have tried everything but none of them work...

Our card reader worked fine before, but suddenly our iPad can't recognise our card reader at all...

we turned off both of our iPad and card reader and turned them back on again.

we went to the setting of our iPad and tried ' forget PayPal here' 

but they don't work...

would you help us please....
