Hi. I have a white PayPal reader. It was used relatively recently. Have gone to check battery this evening to find it won't turn on. When I press the on button asterix 2,3,4 and 6 flash yellow then I get a solid red triangle for a few seconds. It has been plugged in for about 2 hours and I'm still getting the same reaction when I plug it in. Have also tried to reset but that doesn't seem to be doing anything. Any other ideas. Thanks

Have you managed to complete a full factory reset as per the below:
Locate the small opening next to the power button on the Chip & PIN card reader.
Insert a pin into this opening and hold it until you see the green triangle flash 8 times and one asterisk sign lit up. This indicates that the device has undergone a factory reset.
Once the Bluetooth light starts blinking, pair the card reader to your smartphone or iPad and open the PayPal Here app
