I bought 3 card readers nearly one year ago and now one the charger conection has gone inside the reader and the other charges but will not connect at all the light flashes green and red and the blue tooth light does not come on i have tried the reboot hole and also letting it run out of batterie life and recharging can you help with this as need them for my business
