We are a small community theatre. When we ordered the two card readers we explained that we required one for our box office and the other for our cafe/bar area. We were assured that once they arrived the just needed connecting to the internet and they would be ready for use.
In reality when they are turned on they need to link to a smartphone as an interface to the internet. As our volunteers are mostly senior citizens who do not possess such modern technology they have still not been used as we are unable to get information on how they can be connected without using a smartphone, or even if this is possible!
If anyone on this forum can answer this question we would be most grateful.
