Hello,
If I decide to use Paypal's Cart page instead of my website's, there's two questions:
- Can I add a "Continue Shopping" button, so my customers can return to my website and keep shopping?
- Will it integrate with my database? For example, the database will take care of things such as adjusting the item availability once an order is passed (and it sync with my website to visually shows on the product page how much items is left); if I use Paypal's Cart, will it sync with that database function and deduce on my product page the item availability?
I hope I make sense. 🙂

You would be much better off using your own shopping cart on your site with Express Checkout integration.
