View Cart Button Doesn’t Work - Wordpress

I’ve created both an add to cart and view cart button for my website. The add to cart button works perfectly, but when I click the view cart button, I get this error message: “Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.” 

Has anyone ever had the same issue? Can anyone provide some help with this situation?

Not sure if this info will help but, worth a look.    Also Wordpress has their own community forum you may want to check there too.
