Hello,
i have just opened a shopify store (making the transition from squarespace).
Ive set up paypal express checkout, however it is not processing any transactions, my customers are receiving the following message. My squarespace site is still active and paypal is working perfectly fine over there. im a little stumped how to fix this
"were sorry, we cant complete your purchase right now. This transaction has been declined to comply with international regulations"

Hi, can you send a screenshot of the error and the URL appearing in the top bar URL at the moment of the issue?
I can also run a test if you give me all the exact steps to follow and your website.
