Error code 10525

Hi

I am having problems using the payment button on a particular website.  I get the following error message:

Express check out API call failed.

Error code: 10525

I have spoken to the owner of the site and they say it is an issue with my setup as nobody else is having this problem.

Please can someone help?

Is this something you set up or are you getting the error message because you are attempting to purchase an item form someone else ??
