I want to pay a sum in EUR from by card in EUR that was issues in Romania. But it keeps wanting to transfer RON(the Romanian currency). My account has EUR as its primary currency. What can I do?
Have you figured it out? I have the same issue. I emailed paypal to change the currency last night, still waiting, here is a link https://www.paypal.com/hr/smarthelp/contact-us
